Day to day life for many can be a constant rush
and very stressful, possibly now even more so
now with the Covid pandemic limiting many
things we would normally do to relax. The
majority of people live in towns and cities with
constant background noise and air pollution.
It may not be the most obvious choice but getting
naked can really help produce an overall calming
effect – even if shedding your clothes may be a
bit stressful at first!
Being naked in the countryside gives you the
opportunity to connect with a beautiful
environment and also allows you to connect with
yourself too. Ideally you want to be in a quiet
environment in order to hear the sound of leaves
rustling in the breeze or bird song from those
trees. Our rural location is a great place to
experience a new perspective and to start
relieving stresses.
Taking a naked walk through the countryside
gives you a new connection with nature. As will
sitting naked on a nearby quiet beach where you
can listen to the waves lapping on the shore.
At night our beautiful night sky full of stars can
give you a whole new perspective on the
vastness of space as you gently soak in the hot
tub.
As many naturists already know it is lovely
feeling of the sun all over your skin.
Being naked outdoors has many benefits not
only allowing your body to produce Vitamin D
which helps your immune system, but has been
shown to be calming, reducing blood pressure,
heart rate, muscle tension and the production of
stress hormones.
Whether it’s on a lounger in the garden, walking
naked in the country side or sitting on a beach a
short break at Be Natural naturist B&B will help
recharge those batteries.
